Each morning the kitchen wakes the house with a Mexican breakfast made to order, served in the courtyard or at the long dining table.

Mexican breakfast made to order. The chilaquiles are the house favourite, to be had at the individual tables in the courtyard or together at the long dining table. At that hour, the kitchen takes over the house with a smell of its own.
